Colleen Barrows, LPCC
A brief bio
I work creatively and collaboratively with each client. I believe that much of our sorrow and struggles are rooted in relational harm in our past, and that similarly, there is healing to be found in not remaining alone in your experience and process of past and present pain. I use art and play in therapy when appropriate, finding these to be useful in the therapeutic setting, particularly when working with children and adolescents. I also enjoy working with young adults and adults grappling with issues of grief and loss, anxiety, depression and relational struggles.
Whatever brings you here, I would be honored to walk with you as you seek to better understand yourself, your relationships and your past as you move into an expression of yourself that you have full access to as you truly live from the inside out.
