Hi, I’m Sara Bartley, M.E.d., LPC (she/her). I admire your courage in seeking support and consider it an earned privilege to be invited into spaces where healing and growth can happen. Everyone is welcome. I especially enjoy collaborating with individuals and couples who hope to discover new and more authentic parts of themselves, desire to strengthen their relationships and capacity for emotional intimacy, seek to explore their unique sexual identity and values, or are facing trauma recovery, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ topics, grief and loss, religious trauma, and life transitions.
Clients have described my approach as empathetic, collaborative, and experiential, with plenty of room for laughter. Together we’ll learn what is most helpful for you, drawing from holistic practices such as: Mindfulness, Parts Work (Internal Family Systems), Nervous System Awareness, Narrative Reprocessing, and Self-Compassion. I hold a MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton and will practice under the supervision of Jordan Hambrick, LPCC-S until independently licensed. Feel free to say ‘hi’ if you’d like to have a phone conversation first. I look forward to meeting you and would be delighted to join you in this part of your story.
